What time is check-in and check out?
Normal check in time is 4pm and normal check out time is 12 noon. If you arrive prior to 4pm and we have a room available, we will check you in immediately. During very busy times, we are always happy to store your bags should your room not be available. Often, we can accommodate extensions to our checkout time. To arrange a later checkout time, contact our front desk.
What number do I use to send a fax to a guest at the hotel?
Hotel guest faxes should be sent to 619-297-6049.
What number do I use to contact a guest at the hotel?
You can reach guests by calling 619-297-1101, and ask the operator for their room.
How do I get to the Hotel from the airport?
We work with Cloud Nine Shuttle. They offer our guests a special rate of $12.50 per person each way. After obtaining your luggage proceed to the shuttle island, and ask the attendant to radio Cloud Nine.
If you have a party of two or more, we recommend using a taxi which will cost approximately $20.00.

Follow signs from airport to Freeway 5 North
Take 5 North to 8 East and exit Hotel Circle/Taylor Street
At light take a left and a left at the stop sign
At next light take a left and a quick right onto Hotel Circle North.
Hotel is located on the left about ¼ mile up the street
Do you have parking and what is the cost?
There is ample parking on site at the rate of $10.00 Per Night for hotel guests.
What amenities do your rooms offer?
All rooms come equipped with our Sleep Advantage Package and Bath Experience, makeup mirrors, in room coffee makers, iron, ironing board, hair dryers, high speed internet access, cable TV, pay per view movies, and voice mail.
Does the hotel have a safe?
Yes, there are Safe Deposit Boxes located in each room and at the Front Desk. Larger Safety Deposit boxes are available at the front desk.
Can I connect my laptop to the internet from my guestroom?
We offer high speed internet access in our guestrooms and public areas at the rate of $9.95 for a 24 hour period.
Does the hotel have a gift shop?
Yes we do. Our gift shop offers an array of gifts, sundries and personal care items and is open daily for your convenience.
Is there shopping or dining near the hotel?
Yes, there are two major shopping centers within a mile of the hotel, and many restaurants in the surrounding area. Check with our Front Desk or Bell staff for recommendations.
Does the hotel provide any transportation?
Yes. The Crowne Plaza San Diego operates a courtesy shuttle service on availability between the Crowne Plaza and Fashion Valley Shopping Center, the Trolley Line, Riverwalk Golf Club and Old Town. Please call to check availability and request shuttle service.
Do you provide babysitting services?
Our bell staff can recommend bonded babysitting companies that you may contact to arrange for sitters.
